Delivery Times & Rates
We accept online orders from locations within a 40km radius from our main showroom in Colpetty and locations within 20km from our branches at Kandy, Kurunegala and Negombo, or we can arrange a pick-up from any of our stores mentioned above.
Please note we will process the order only when the funds are realized in the bank account. For each delivery you will receive an invoice that will be sent to your email address. We will call and make prior appointments before each delivery and the package will be handed over only to the recipient mentioned in the customer details form.
When estimating your delivery time, please allow time for address verification, security checks and order processing. Please note that delivery is always subject to receiving your full payment and require a minimum delivery time of 72hrs. Orders to be collected from any of our branches (Kandy, Kurunegala, Negombo) require a minimum of 7 working days, for delivery.
Products ordered will be delivered to you in a sealed package. Kindly check whether the seal is intact. If it is broken, please return the package to our delivery team.
The maximum value of an order that can be placed by a customer is Rs. 500,000/=. If this order value is exceeded, it will be delivered in multiple deliveries.
We require a handwritten or electronic signature by you to confirm the delivery of each product. We reserve the right to deliver products only to the person who is the intended recipient of the order as stated on the label of the parcel and to request ID check for verification purposes at the time of delivery.
Customers and gift recipients are permitted to exchange a product purchased on this website, only if the product to be exchanged satisfies the conditions of the return policy and is within 7 days following the delivery.
Should the Customer decide to return a purchased item, he/she must visit the nearest Vogue Jewellers branch with the product in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. Vogue Jewellers will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Engraved or embossed products, as well as special orders, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned.
All returns will be subjected to strict quality control by Vogue Jewellers to ensure that the returned products satisfy the above requirements. If the products do not meet our quality control standards, Vogue Jewellers will not accept the return. If the returned product satisfies quality control, Vogue Jewellers will proceed with the exchange. It can be exchanged for an equivalent or higher value item, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference. One to one replacement can be done until stocks last. Cash refunds will not be accepted.
Vogue Jewellers is meticulous in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
Nevertheless, if you receive a product that seems to be defective, you may return it to Vogue Jewellers in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, Vogue Jewellers may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
If your product is declared as defective by Vogue Jewellers, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer as applicable:
i) Vogue Jewellers may send you the same product in the exact same size, subject to availability,
ii) Vogue Jewellers may propose an exchange for another creation of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference.
